SHARE is a NHS Research Scotland initiative created to establish a register of people interested in participating in health research and who agree to allow SHARE to use the coded data in their various NHS computer records to check whether they might be suitable for health research studies. This access can be incredibly useful when it comes to developing new treatments and cures for a wide variety of health conditions.
If you’re expecting a baby or have given birth in the last few days or weeks, we’d love it if you’d consider enrolling in our research study. We are looking for babies who were born early and also a group of full-term babies, born close to their due date. Here you can find out more about who is eligible to sign-up for the study.
